Kelli Swanson Jaecks, MA, RDH holds a Master’s degree from Oregon State University in Communication and Adult Education, where she taught Leadership and Public Speaking. She has over fourteen years of clinical practice experience, including management and adjunct faculty status. She also holds an expanded practice permit, which allows for independent dental hygiene practice to underserved populations. Kelli is an active leader in the American Dental Hygienists’ Association, and is the current ADHA President Elect. 

Verbal Impact offers health care courses that include both lecture and interactive formats. Sessions are facilitated in a relaxed, open style, allowing attendees to better participate in the learning process. Kelli's science-based background combined with her intelligent, positive demeanor generates an ease of understanding for all her health messages and take-home tips.

Kelli speaks on a wide variety of healthcare related topics to both healthcare professionals and the general public. She also presents on Board Behavior. Topics include the oral/systemic link, and leadership/communication skills. She will tailor her presentation and topic to your specific audience
