Presenter -
Kelli Swanson Jaecks, RDH, MA holds a Master’s degree
from Oregon State University in Communication and Adult
Education, where she taught Leadership and Public
Speaking. She is a nationally published author and
speaker on issues of health awareness and leadership.
Kelli is an active leader in the Oregon Dental
Hygienists' Association, serving at the local, state and
national levels. She holds a Limited Access Permit and
is currently immediate past President of the Oregon
Dental Hygienists’ Association. Her passions include
empowering healthcare professionals to achieve their
personal and professional goals, and educating the
public towards optimal personal health. |

What makes a good leader? How can I become a more
effective leader? How can I better lead my work
team? This interactive,
participant driven course will give you keys to
answer these questions and more. Discover what
makes an effective leader and how your leadership
style can lead to greater team growth and personal
satisfaction. Learn steps to create successful
mentoring relationships for new and seasoned
leaders. Consensus building, collaboration
and joint learning will take place. Take home
tools to use in whatever leadership position you
find yourself in, personal and professional. Come
have some fun and be empowered in leadership!
